Kumul Consolidated Holdings and the PNG Defence Force yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together in the relocation of the HMPNGS Basilisk maritime base currently located on the foreshore of Port Moresby.

Kumul Consolidated Holdings Chairman Paul Nerau has announced that the new corporation will be officially launched at a charity dinner on December 2.
